“We Will Not Be Shaken” was the third album from Bethel Music to reach #1 on the Billboard Christian Albums chart. It also reached #12 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums Chart. Amazing!

Admittedly, I didn’t produce this album — my colleagues Chris Greely & Bobby Strand produced it and did an absolutely stellar job. At the time, my family & I had just moved back to Portland so we weren’t even able to be at the filming or recording — and I’m still gutted to this day over missing it.  However, I have this album cover on my portfolio page because of one song on the album which I had the honor of co-writing with Kalley Hallegenthal.  

“Ever Be” went on to win an ASCAP award, was nominated for “Worship Song of the Year” at the 2017 GMA Dove Awards, and thus far has been RIAA Gold Certified (500,000 units sold) in the USA. It’s a very special song with a lot of sentimentality for me. I’m thankful Kalley trusted me to help her with such a wonderful song. It was an honor to work with her and to have had this song be a valuable contribution to such an epic record.
